Drug Alcohol Rehab Treatment

1. Deposits placed to reserve a client's space are non-refundable. ( $1,500.00)/($1,750.00 if detox) of the full program fee when paid prior to or upon admission is considered to be the non-refundable deposit.

2. Clients who are refused admission due to intoxication will be referred to a local hospital.

3. Clients that leave treatment against staff advice after 24 hours of arrival to the program and prior to completing their time commitment, for any reason, will be considered discharged from the program and will not be provided a refund. Clients will be required to pay for their own transportation to the Airport or Bus Station as well as their return to their home destination.

4. Clients who leave the program for any reason within 24 hours of arrival will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit( $1,500.00)/($1,750.00 if detox). ( $1,500.00)/($1,750.00 if detox) of the full program fee when paid prior to or upon admission is considered to be the non-refundable deposit.

5. Clients who are found inappropriate for the program by the admitting staff within 24 hours of arrival will be given a refund minus the non-refundable deposit( $1,500.00)/($1,750.00 if detox). Clients will be required to pay for their own transportation to the Airport as well as their return flight to their home destination.

6. Manor Treatment Centers will make reasonable efforts to ensure that refunds are paid by Company check within thirty (30) days after discharge. The thirty (30) day time frame is not a deadline, and failure to issue a refund check within that time frame shall not change the provisions of this policy.

7. If a client decides to leave the program prior to the 28 day release date the cost of the program reverts to the daily rate of $298.00 (not including detox costs).
