Check-in/In
processing
During
in-processing, students will be required to complete
a short medical history that will be kept on file
with the administration. They will
be provided a private room with
appropriate bedding materials and towels.
Next, they will be assigned both a one-on-one and a
group counselor.
In processing will
include acknowledgement of the campus policy and
procedure handbook. It must be noted that within
the handbook, non-prescription
drugs, alcohol, and substances containing more than
trace amounts of alcohol (some mouth washes) are
specifically prohibited. Possession of these
substances may result in removal from the program.
In addition, all weapons are restricted and are not
to be in the possession of students while at Manor
House. Students will sign an acknowledgment form
attesting that they understand these policies and
the consequences for any violations.
Students, please be
aware that Manor House is a closed campus. Students
will not leave the campus during their 28 days in
residence unless for a verified emergency or a
campus authorized group activity. Visitations by
family members or partners are restricted to seniors
only. Specific guidelines for these visitations are
discussed in the policy handbook.
